Hey guys, how are you? So, it's very common, within companies, state or country, to get involved in massive training for a group of people, whether small or large, but I feel that we don't have the same weight of support as an appointment, maybe it would be interesting some nomination, as exists in microsft of certified trainers recognized by the company, I believe that there is already a company responsible for this, but I believe that if there were people, we could spread and increase the level of knowledge of blue prism around the world

The current process to convert Revisable Objects to tif files does not include updating the object format to “I” at the time of conversion in Portal. This has caused us to create additional jobs to run after the conversion process on a regular basis so that the files are viewable in AWD. This would make the update real time and it would keep ROS files compatible for both Portal and Viewstation. We have had instances where the additional jobs do not run and then users are not able to view files as needed. In addition, if users need to view the files immediately after the conversion, they have to wait until the additional jobs run which is impacts productivity.

The document configuration section of the Decipher application is currently under the Admin tab. However, it order to grant access to the document configuration section, access to the full Admin tab is currently required. Currently there are team members that need to utilize the document configuration section, but they do no need access to all other admin functions. In order to follow the Least Privileged Principle with access, we would request the Document Configuration access be segmented out so that access to this does not give access to all Administrative functions.

Audit is becoming more of a challenge all the time and they are asking for detailed logs for every thing we do. One of our biggest problems is setting up of user ids and removing of access. We like to use the clone tool to grant and remove access by cloning against preformated "profile ids" . This saves us huge amounts of time in setting up access, anywhere from 10-15 min per id. The issue is there does not appear to be audit tracing on what is added and removed when the Clone ID is used. We would like to request improved logging to show what accesses (roles, security groups, User privileges get added and removed during the cloning of Id process) thank you

Some of our users are receiving a Snowbound -1 error when they attempt to view images. SS&C instructed us to change the Java Max Heap size to 512m in the contentviewer.bat to prevent the issue. However, the bat file is specific to the user and gets overlaid frequently. We would like an enhancement to update the Content Viewer to default the Java Max Heap size to 512m.

We are a team of Developers and Leads with two different environments (Development and Production). As a developer, we only have access to Dev Env but not the Prod. So, if there is a feature to prompt username and password of a lead to save the process when the developers need to save the process in Prod.

Problem: Per the Blue Prism documentation, Auto Archiving "causes a registered, running resource to check periodically throughout the day for any session logs that ended before a specified date/time and archive/delete them if such are found". My team has found that when very large sessions logs are being archived, it taxes our database and negatively impacts the performance of our automated sessions actively trying to run. The stress on the database can be so large that it seizes our servers and even takes down the entire environment. As a workaround, we identify large session logs and manually archive them before the auto archiving process gets to them. This is tedious and not ideal. Solution Idea: Alternatively, it would be great if Blue Prism added a way to configure Auto Archiving so it only runs during specified hours instead of checking "periodically throughout the day". If this were an option, we would set our archiving to happen outside of business hours so our database would not get so stressed.

As of Blue Prism Hub 4.6.0, having multiple users with the same email is not supported and is explicitly prevented by Blue Prism Hub with an error being thrown. There are valid circumstances under which multiple user accounts may have the same email, for example, a user having one account for non-admin access, and one for admin access. We do this today with the Blue Prism Application itself without issue, but are unable to integrate Hub, Auth server, and thus API into this approach due to this limitation preventing use of different accounts with the same email. In addition, Active Directory does not treat the mail attribute as unique or a primary identifier, so multiple users can have the same email without issue. If this is merely an arbitrary limitation the idea would be that the check is removed or configurable. If Blue Prism uses it determine uniqueness or for lookup, the idea would then be to use something else that should be truly unique, such as the username.

it would be fantastic to have public (as in no login/auth required) facing Interact form, cause there is some use-cases where anyone in company should be able to create robot task by filling simple form.

Would be good if there was an option for the resource to record the screen as it is running. Sometimes there can be issues that are not easy to replicate and sitting watching a resource is not always possible. If there was functionality added to Blue Prism to record the running session we can then use that alongside the logs to see why an issue is happening

When I have been working on a process or object in Studio, I usually return to it several days in a row. The same goes for processes I regularly access to check things. Every time I do so, I have to surf the UI to get to it and open it. Wouldn't it be nice it the File menu:
...would be expanded with a new option 'Recent files' so I could click my choice, the one on top, and would be in business with my most popular process without surfing the UI? When clicked, this new option would show me a list of the ten most recently used projects and processes.

This is a request to Blue Prism team if there is any Blocker issue please fix it in a patch release and within 10 -15 days of recent release. Otherwise it's difficult to change code everywhere as an work around. I have attached an image here just for reference, These kind of issues must be addressed at the earliest otherwise how automation will move forward without this one. Like this there are lot of known issues that needs to be fixed asap rather than us waiting for more than 2-3 months.

A dynamic behaviour within UX builder will enable businesses to create user-centric and interactive web pages for data collection purposes online. Adding conditional visibility using different types of conditional logic within the form fields will make them more interactive, store data, send notifications, and more. A simple use case could be using conditional logic to show or hide form fields, send auto responder emails, pre-populate fields to accelerate the form-filling process, and more.

The ability to see the dependency relationships for nested references in the Advanced Find search window. This search feature was available in earlier versions of Blue Prism, but has been removed in recent versions. The ability to search by nested references greatly decreases time spent trouble shooting for a Blue Prism Developer to find the actions that relate to a specific data item. The removal of this search feature means the developer is opening each action one by one to confirm what the input and output data items. The ability to search by explicit reference and nested reference provides more transparency to the developer. Examples are attached.
