When adding a Calc stage directly connected to another Calc stage, often they belong together and, in hindsight, would have been a MultiCalc instead. Changing to a MultiCalc however, requires copying the Calc properties to the MultiCalc, adding your new calculation to the MultiCalc and removing the 'old' Calc. Wouldn't it be nice if you could convert a Calc stage to a MultiCalc stage by Right-Clicking it and select where you want it to go? Obviously, when you have a MultiCalc you might want to convert it to a Calc stage or stages in the same manner.

When a schedule is started and the resource is offline it is not shown in the reports. (Not in the list.) Would be great to have a all planned executions, and a red (X) on a schema even though the reason was not the scheduler.

Worklist card filtering/ search - Enhance functionality for worklist card by adding filtering/search option and allow for dynamic filtering/searching by multiple criteria (example - user would be able to configure and filter work list by Worktype /Account Number/ Broker /Queue)
Similar logic could then be incorporated into Get Work - were user would be able to define preference on what the next piece of work they are getting should be (still within the constrains of what user is coded for). Users often find it more productive to work on same type of work .

Just like it is possible with process logs, it would be great to see an option to added to archive off work queue items. It could be as simple as a tickbox within log archiving to include queue items or (even better) as an entire separate archiving subrouitne, so it can run on separate schedule.

It would be very useful send an automatic email when an activity is moved \ created into the MY INBOX tab of user. In this way the user will be notified immediately without perform a manual check into own MY INBOX tab! Thanks!

Currently the print a duplicate file copy button is not available in the Communications Admin tool
A button does not come up for the end user/letter writer to select to produce a ‘File Copy’. The end user/letter writer has to highlight and copy the verbiage of the original letter and then paste it below the original letter and insert the proper page breaks and ‘File Copy’ on the letter
This is time consuming and prone for errors.

In Portal 20.2 there are several pop-up screens ie Comments, History, Quality that do not show all of the information and therefore need to be resized every time they open. Users want the ability to resize the screens once to be able to view all of the information. Then every time after the resize, it will keep the same size when it opens again.

AWD is using Communications to create the body of the letter and attachments programmatically. The body of the email in AWD is pdf. SS&C uses a 3rd party software called aspose.word to convert the pdf to xml so it can become the body of the email. Once AWD does that, it sends it to the Outlook server to handle any further formatting from there. Bullet points do not work correctly in this process.

There are no Resource Access Controls on Chorus Rest API's which provides a greater attack surface for attackers. Resource Access Controls per UserID could be system level or granted by individual Rest API.

We need a convenient way to get a report about the utilization of our resources (virtual machines). The report should guide us in the planning of an optimized resource utilization. For example it can give us the time where the most machines are working in parallel (peek) and the time where are the most machines free and lying around (lazy time). With the report we should be able to plan the schedules in a more balanced way.

When designing the form in Interact one usually end up having quite a number of fields. If I want to go one by one I need to open the particular field and then close it and reopen next one. It would be helpful to have a Next Field button in the field window interface so that I can step through all the fields in one window without a need to open/close/open/close cycles.

We are using BluePrism v6.4.2 currently and as per our observation we found that Event Logs from Event viewer has same Event ID i.e. 0(zero) for different level of error levels(Critical,Error, Warnings and information). It would be really helpful if the Event ID are different for different log level to configure easily for monitoring tools like BMC Patrol, Splunk and other monitoring tools to set-up automated alerts

The Assigned Work Search in Chorus doesn't bring up old work items. For example, a user has old work items in the work list. If for some reason, this user has to be deleted from Chorus, system doesn't allow deletion since there are old items in the work list. Doing the Assigned Work Search only brings up work items for a recent date parameter. The date parameter for the Assigned Work Search needs to modified to include all items that are in the user's work list.

The BP API dialog box builds html pages for each object selected from the dropdown. This is based on object contents. I suggest BP builds an API website (perhaps hosted on the local server) with foldering to match the Object studio folder structure, and have it automatically update documentation upon save/import of objects. Including referenced components in API (or allowing further customization) would be a plus, but a self-updating API website would be very useful especially for larger/federated teams.

Hi, it would be great to have more flexible GUI, examples includes: Work queue list always collapsed (on/off) Process list always collapsed (on/off) Schedule list always collapsed (on/off) Debug speed (slow/medium/max) etc... This could be even some hidden settings /advanced settings (or even some kind of config file would work). One of examples what benefit it brings - see attachment. Plain scheduler management would be a lot more convenient. Same goes for Release management.

Our schedulers are starting at 05:30 AM every day. We come in the office at 08:30 AM. Sometimes a resource was not available at 05:30 for several reasons and the scheduler has not started. Becasuse we are living in the time of knowing everything at the time of when it happens via push messages on our phone, we would like to have this option also for the control room and the resources. If there can be an app via your smartphone (or another solution) that sends you a push messages when a resource is down for longer than an amount of time or for no reason, that would be helpful. Maybe this could be done for the proces status also? When one is in status of warning or teminated.
