Currently there is no limit for the creation of work queue item tags and no in built feature for maintenance. This can lead to performance issues. There is a sql housekeeping script that can be used to remove unused tags afterwards. But there are better solutions for that. Here are some recommendations on how to improve the situation. Hello,  We have a SQL active passive cluster. The purpose of this is when a patch or issue occurs the node transfers to node 2 from node 1 vice versa. The SQL database is out for maybe 20 seconds tops. When this happens the bots fail. We logged a support ticket and below was the response from Blue Prism , the product architecture won't support a seamless failover like the one you are aiming to achieve with SQL availability groups. A heartbeat is sent between the app server and database every 5 seconds and once that is missed, the processes will terminate. In other words, at the very most, the platform can withstand up to 5 seconds of a disconnection. The app server will failover to your passive DB instance, but not before the processes (which are trying to send logs to the database) will terminate. There is no change on your end that would resolve this. I'm afraid the only option I can recommend is for you to raise a feature enhancement request. How can we get the heartbeat interval increased? Hi, In the v6.8 of Blue Prism we've noticed that Environment Variables of the Flag Data Type are auto-selected to True when highlighted even though the Current Value is False. This is also the case for the Evaluate Expression functionality within Studio. When using Evaluate Expression on Flag Data Items they are always set to True regardless if the Current Value is False. We'd much rather see that the Current Value is used in these type of scenarios. We haven't encountered the same case anywhere else but for Environment Variables and Evaluate Expression. When saving logs, I have to select the file format in which I save them. After I've done this ("html," for example), I then have to manually type ".html" on the end of the file name. If I don't do this, Blue Prism removes the file name and path that I've typed so that I have to type it again. I feel like Blue Prism should be able to add the extension automatically based on my file type selection on the page before naming the file. Essentially, it's forcing me to select the file type twice--once via radio button, then again via text box.
