We are trying to monitor for work queue items that take longer than they should (e.g. when the application a process is interacting with is hanging). I see a "locktime" (and "lockid") column in the BPAWorkQueueItem table even, but it does not seem to be used. I suggest the time that an item is locked for working be recorded here or somewhere similar. This will facilitate monitoring how long an item has been worked on, even before it is finished, in case it doesn't finish in a timely manner. We looked into using loadtime but that seems to be when the current batch of items was loaded as opposed to when a specific item was picked up by a Get Next Item stage, and worktime seems to be only recorded at the end of an item's work time so it cannot help in the moment.

In S/4 HANA1709, a path specification using a wildcard is performed for an element spy in Spy mode, but it cannot be recognized and an error occurs. Similarly, relative paths also cause errors.

Hi Team, I'm aware of process discovery tool but it does not give quantifiable number or score to qualify any potential manual process as an automation candidate within RPA - BP. Please develop an excel or sort of tool that can test and evaluate current manual process on some criteria and assign a score so to propose it as a potential RPA automation candidate. This will enable business to explain customers in their decision making process while selecting a new candidate process for RPA automation. I'm sharing this based on recent discussion with customer. Is Blue Prism considering adding Attended automation capabilities? Some competitors are offering both attended and unattended within their RPA solutions, and I feel that adding that to BP would be valuable.

Having a Blue Prism Resources dashboard to monitor the Blue Prism Resources health(disk space, processor, memory utilization and availability) across all the deployment options supported in product. And trigger notifications to the administrator based on the threshold level, will increase the availability of the blue prism resources by taking appropriate action.

Instead of dragging and drop processes on Resource or vice versa, it would save lot of time if right click on resource display 5 most recent processes ran and can be able to start.

We have just started creating Templates on our BP Servers but we find that we cannot lock down those templates so the developers are unable to change them. When deselecting the "Edit Process" or "Edit Business Object" options in Access Rights, the "Save As" option is greyed out in the menu. Having the "Save As" option enabled when deselecting the aforementioned options in Access Rights would be beneficial for us. Failing that, having a read-only option with "Save As" enabled would also suffice.

I tend to do most of my development with the 'Debug Speed' at its fastest setting. When I 'drop' into an Object, the Object's 'Debug Speed' is at its default value. If I alter it, leave and then come back into that Object for a different action, the 'Debug Speed' reverts once again to the default. It would be nice to have the 'Debug Speed' either synch between Processes and Objects or to be persistent (but maybe independent of each other). Even if it was just for that session of the Automate.exe.

This is regarding information mentioned in Support Center | Blue Prism Portal currently this command runs slow and produces report, could we build out of box dashboard on the top of this command which will display processes/objects containing errors. If this is not possible we should at least need a filter in this command to scan only required objects/processes to make it faster.

When using the Export in Capture, the icon for "export done" or "export alert" is shown for a little time and sometimes it can be missed by the user, because it changes back to the default icon.
I appreciate if there is the pop-up window (or something similar) to confirm that the export was successful or not.
Although when export fails (even for the one of exporting files format) it would be great if the error message with detail would show.

The multi-team functionality within Blue Prism works well when there are individual development teams and a centralised support team. It would be great if this multi-team functionality was extended to include functionality such as schedules, queues and credentials. This will allow a RPA team within a department to have both a development and support team, with restricted access to the processes, schedules, credentials that team develop and support.

We can change the language of the installer and BP client, but I was not able to find how to change the language for the BP Server configuration tool, which on foreign language OS can be a bit painful. Is it possible to do via some config file edit or reg edit perhaps? Or it is somewhere in the GUI?

In the work queue, you can right-click and force retry an exceptioned item... but there's not action from BP to do that inside the process when the exception occurs from a separate business object. Currently if there's a failure outside of the BO, or outside of the process as a whole, the only way to force a retry is to either go in the queue manager and right-click or completely rebuild a clone of the work queue item
