Secure Message Center is another SS&C product that allows us to send sensitive information to customers either through their account portal access or as a single, secure link.  We are building Process workflows in Chorus so associates can send message to customers using a Restful Service API for Secure Message.  We would like to use Communications to generate those messages, and send that output message to this restful service API for Secure Message Center to deliver to the customer. Note, this Restful Service API is currently under development.  Today, we send secure messages through an email relay server.  This email relay solution is being replaced by the Restful Service API.  We want the enhancement to Communications to work with the upcoming Restful Service. Often when I troubleshoot presentation flows and automation services the I built in Chorus Design Workspace, I find the lack of a testing environment is a challenge.  I do not have the option to trace variable values, and place breakpoints in the code.   The best thing I can do at this point is print out variable values to the history Comments, but this is a challenge with complex data structures like tables and arrays. It would be great to be able to simply place a breakpoint on a specific step in a presentation flow and flag which variables or other session state data that I would like to trace.  When the presentation flow hits that breakpoint, the user is presented with a special breakpoint screen with all the session state data that is being traced.  Perhaps there is a specific flag the user sets when they deploy the process to indicate whether or not to ignore the breakpoints. Automation services being run outside of a presentation flow wouldn't be able to present a screen, but they could print out session state data to comments using the same configuration. When editing the schedules in control room it would be nice to see the edit history similar to what we currently see in the studio tab for processes and objects, or the releases tab. Being able to quickly see when it was updated and who it was updated by would assist greatly when updating schedules if there are any issues. The display language for the Chorus Portal has always been tied to the language set for the browser - the suggestion would be to make this a "user preference" instead, picking from a list of supported languages. The challenges with tying to the browser language are as follows: Browser language selection is often wildly inconsistent between users, as is not often locked down by network administrators. We often find that even if a specific browser language is officially mandated, this mandate isn't always adhered to The user can have a browser language set that isn't supported by Chorus, requiring a fallback to en-us. If instead the user is presented with a list of supported languages this no longer becomes an issue/consideration Making language selection a user choice also means that the selected language will persist if the user switches to a different browser, e.g. from Chrome to Edge. Currently at this moment we have ‘license utilization‘ dash board tile for current session alone (present minute). But we don’t have the same for Daily/weekly/Monthly basis ‘license utilization‘ dash board tile. If this feature is added in the upcoming release that would be helpful for all the customer and they can able to work on the license planning for upcoming processes very easy. Currently, when there is a negative amount in IFAST and IFAST/Chorus integration occurs, the negative amount is passed onto the Chorus form (i.e. Amount field is populated with a negative amount).  The negative sign causes work form to be stuck and results to slowness in BI.  To resolve this issue, we have to call SS&C to remove the negative sign from the form.  Is it possible to  give access to users to remove the negative sign themselves?  Giving them access will allow for a quicker resolution and thus avoid delays with processing. ... When using multiple cards, Search, View Relationship, etc, all cards will shut down when you complete processing an item in TA2000 Desktop by using End F11.  This is an issue when you have one or more Search cards up that contains results for an unrelated transaction.   The only card that should close to allow the transaction to move to the next step within the workflow is the item that has been 'Processed'.  All other cards should remain where they've been placed to on your monitor /workspace.  ...
