Active Directory Organizational Unit Limit - Currently only enabling one User OU to be ingested into the BP list of users removes the ability for large organizations with more than one OU to use the solution (My organization has 20-30 User OUs).

Regarding the operation when "Any approver" is selected in Interact > Create form > Default approval type, the guide says "anyone who is a member of the role will be able to approve any requests".

But actually, approval requests are sent not only to the approvers within the role set on the form, but to all users who have been granted approver privileges. When I asked for the support desk about this point, it was the answer that it is the current specification.
However, when operating Interact in a large-scale organization, even if there is a case where approval is requested to the superior of one's own group, there is no case where an approval request is sent to all approval authority holders within the organization regardless of the group. Therefore, we are unable to use the approval function in actual operation.
Please consider changing the specifications that Approval requests can be sent to any approver within a specific group, such as sending to approvers within the role specified in "Interact role" or allowing the selection of a role to which approval is sent separately from "Interact role"

Interactフォームの基本設定 > 「デフォルト承認タイプ」で「任意の承認者」を選択した場合、ガイド上は「役割(role)のメンバーであれば~承認できます」と記載があります。
これに対し現状では、フォームに設定した「役割(role)」内の承認者だけでなく、Hubで「approver」の権限(permission)が与えられたユーザ全員に承認依頼が送信されます。この点サポートデスクに確認したところでは、現在の仕様であるとの回答でした。
しかし大規模組織でInteractを運用する場合においては、自グループの上司に承認を依頼するケースはあっても、グループにかかわらず組織内の承認権限保持者全員に承認依頼を出すというケースは通常あり得ないため、実際の運用にせっかくの承認機能を使用できずにいます。
「Interact role」で指定した役割内の承認者に送信する仕様とするか、「Interact role」とは別に承認を送る「役割(role)」を選択できる仕様とするなど、特定のグループ内の任意の承認者に承認依頼が送信されるよう、仕様の変更を検討お願いします。

Currently, during designing Interact forms we could choose one field as Key Value, which is displayed in general Submissions tables (as Submission History), without viewing submission details. But we couldn't modify Key Value during BP process. It would be very helpful, if we could assign some field (or fields) during form designing to be displayed in general Submissions tables (as Key value) and could be modify during BP process from BP action "Edit Form Field". It could be use e.g. for updating current status of BP process, easily visible, without going into sumbmission's detail.

Synchronization of AD group membership into Interact Database is 100% manual and Synchronization can not be scheduled - If you add a person to a group that person isn't loaded into Interact until you manually synchronize the people.

In our Decipher implementation, we have different use cases - some of these need class verification enabled and some do not. Currently, enabling/ disabling class verification will allow/ skip class verify for all of the batch types. Please enable new setting in batch type settings as Automatically skip Class Verify”.

Comparing version history feature( System> History> Compare selected process/object) is helpful to see the changes side by side but it doesnt't show changes made in Application Modeller in an object . If i change some elements in App Modeller in an object and save it , and then try to compare this with a version previous the Version no changes would be shown in both objects

After submitted a Interact Request, an automatic email is send with complete information of submitted request. It would to be great have the ability to edit this email with some different contents, some text, images ... Thanks!

Create the Session Log Viewer as a normal window with maximize minimize functions I cant' even use the windows 10 feate to automatically dock it to a side. Would also be great to save width of coloumns or save the coloumns selection. when I enable or disable a coloumn. It would also be great to have these coloumn functions when in the workqueue overview.

Hello, if a Case terminated you can right mouse click and you have just two options. Show logs and Show process. An additonal Option like ReRun would be nice. At the moment you have to drag and drop on the specific client or you click on the schedule and press Run now but if you using startparameters you have to enter all parameters again. A ReRun with same StartParameters would be great and save time.

Currently we do not have a way to constrain the maximum size of a file that can be uploaded to the Chorus server via "Create Attachment".
A user can attempt to upload a file of any size, and depending on system and network capacity, the upload may succeed or time out.
We need a new optional Configuration Console property which can be checked at the point of attempted upload and will inform the user when a file they are about to upload is too large. The message should be output before the upload starts, in a similar way to the optional constraints on permitted file extension.
For example: max file size set to 40MB. User attempts to upload a 41MB file. An error message appears before the actual upload starts informing the user that the file is too large, ideally indicating the file size and the configured max size.

When logging in to Hub using SSO, the login screen is displayed even though ID/Pass is not required. End users have said that it is a small thing, but if they use it frequently, unnecessary screen transitions can be stressful. The AutomateC.exe utility in the current iteration can fetch just the plain log lines from the Blue Prism logs using the /getlog switch. The following images shows the difference between what is visible in the Log Viewer for a target session vs. what is actually returned when the AutomateC.exe /getlog command is executed on the same session. As seen below , the log info returned via AutomateC.exe does not contain the information from the Parameters column that is normally visible in the Log Viewer. Purpose for this Request: We have a practical need where we have to execute a series of processes that are pre-configured in a configuration source. The number and order of the processes will vary with the type of Business process that is being currently executed via Blue Prism. In Blue Prism there is currently no way to dynamically call a Process at runtime by passing the process name as a parameter. The AutomateC.exe is the only avenue using which processes can be called by generating command lines at runtime by passing in the name of the process and their input parameters. Most importantly, if we can pass in input parameters to a process that is being executed via AutomateC.exe, it is only natural that this utility be versatile enough that it is able to return the output parameters returned by a process that has executed in a specific session. There is no option to view all the values of an item in the Queue Contents view.
Currently you can only see the item key.
To be able to analyse the contents of an item, I must start a process and call "Get Next Item".
It would be helpful to place a button next to or in the Item Key column that allows you to see the content of the respective item.
A list view would be good too, so that you have an overview of all items with the associated item values.
Viewing the item's values should be restricted by access rights, as items may contain information that should not be accessible to everyone.

Rather than have a process on a schedule set to periodically check a queue for data to work, add an optional work queue setting to automatically kick off a process on a designated resource/pool once there are items to be worked. This would remove the need for 24/7 monitoring processes which may quickly fill the various log tables, while lowering the traffic throughput to the controller/database. Work queues can be populated by new and/or existing feeder processes.
