Hello, In the context of robotization of a Java application of our customer who has migrated to OpenJDK , we have found that it is impossible to retrieve information from the tables of the application. Blue Prism returns us a message indicating that an overflow has occurred when trying to retrieve data to a collection. In addition to some errors of confusing origin when interacting with the application. When contacting support we have been told that Blue Prism currently does not support the use of OpenJDK. It seems machines (runtime resources & workplaces) are always identified by their host names, regardless of system settings.  In our case our settings were:  register using short names, communicate using FQDN However, the registration considered short names and FQDN and caused issues after DNS name change that made manual DB updates necessary. The machines were verified based on their short names in BPAResource and Blue Prism crashed because of FQDN mismatch. The only reason to chose 'register using short names' is to avoid long FQDN names in Control. In order to be compliant with GDPR we need to delete personal data in the Blue Prism database after a given time. But, we want to keep the queue item itself for statistical use in our benefit realization model.  As of now, my understanding is that you can't change the data in an item without locking the item. And you can't lock items that are marked as completed/exception.  It would be nice if there was a built in function that let us update/delete the data field in a completed/exception work queue item so that we don't need to use SQL on the database or delete the queue item completely using the internal work queue object. ...
