Solution: Please add support for teams that are able to access the tickets that were created by all members of the team. This will make it much more easier to collaborate during the daily supporting tasks. Background: Currently only the opener of a ticket is able to access and work with his own tickets. Using the Cc option is limited and unreliable. Cc can only be added after creation of a ticket. And Cc does not work every time (for unknown reason). And attachments or embedded screenshots will get lost in most cases. All this makes it much more complicated to collaborate during daily supporting tasks.

The ability to add and view a lengthy set of comments increases the time spent by having to scroll up and down due to the size of the comments box. Enlarging the box and scroll bar on the right side of the window will help reduce time spent on reviewing comments being added.

When sending an email through Chorus Communications the user should be notified if the email cannot be sent and is undeliverable. An undeliverable message should be sent to the sender, the reply email address or the from email address.

Hello, Our idea is for an easier way to manually archive a large work session/file that is preventing auto archiving from being able to archive and remove the large session from the database. Currently we have been using the Blue Prism housekeeping script to remove larger sessions from the database, but we seem to run it several times a year.
Perhaps the ability to temporarily increase the size limit of a session that will archive?

Can we add some functionality which will notify the developer or controller team when resource pc is getting shutdown or hanged or crash. It will increase our bot utilization time and experience of user. Please let me know if you need more details from my end. Thanks Nilesh

Add option where you can configure the order of items under the Case item in Chorus Processor Workspace. With Classic Workspace items would show in the following order:
1) Case
2) Transactions attached to Case in Order
3) Sources attached to Case in Order
However Processor Workspace will show as follows:
1) Case
2) Transactions and Sources in order (Mixed)
We would like to have option where you can select order if we wanted to match with Classic (Case, Transactions attached and then Sources Attached order)

The submission history (German "Verlauf") is the first place an Interact user can get information on the status of their submissions, while they are either waiting to be worked or after they are worked. At the moment, it does not provide an sufficient amount of information. Please consider the following improvements: - The status column seems to be tailored at a review usecase, but is not usable to provide information about the end status of the submission. Please provide more alternatives (e.g. Completed, Completed with Errors, Failed etc.) or make it freely editable after all. - The key field column can only contain the content of a single field at the moment. Please allow to combine multiple fields into it by the creation of a formatting rule. - Not all fields are helpful in all cases and certain fields are displayed way too small, please make the table more customizable, so this can be adjusted.

We are forced to use the migration strategy when upgrading Blue Prism because we need the following features.
The original environment can remain operational during the upgrade (Fallback!)
Advantage of a clean start (Performance!)
NO Downtime is required to perform the upgrade (Stability!)

But there is some potential for optimization with the migration strategy.
Please add a feature to Blue Prism Automate for exporting and importing credentials.
The passwords should be encrypted for security reason.
There need to be the same encryption key in the target environment.
After the import another encryption key can be generated to re-encrypt all credentials and the old credential key could be deleted.
Please add a feature to Blue Prism Automate for exporting and importing work queue items.
When encryption is used the transport of affected information should be encrypted at export.
The encryption key for the work queue need to be transferrable / reusable in the target system.
After the transfer of the data the old encryption scheme should be replaceable by a new one.
The main benefits of these features are...
Safe and secure transfer of credentials and work queue items on migration.
More flexibility for switching between environments outside of migrations.
Less effort for building and maintaining workarounds when trying to create an alternative transfer solution.

In BPM 23.1 Processor Workspace, the view relationship feature lacks the expand and collapse functionality, making it inconvenient for users to view the entire hierarchy of related works. This issue requires users to continuously scroll up and down to view the complete structure, which can be cumbersome, especially when dealing with a large hierarchy.

In the BPM 22.1 Processor Workspace User Guide page 39 Clone work items. #5 states (Optional) If the work item being cloned has a parent, you can select the Attach clone to existing parent check box.
I can't think of any scenarios where I would not want the cloned work item attached to the parent. At the very least, I would think it would be the exception instead of the rule.
I suggest defaulting the check box for Attach clone to existing parent to being checked so processors don't have to manually check that box.

Currently everything resets whenever your close a window or navigate around in Blue Prism. It would be great if windows remembered what I resized them to. It would be great if folders remembered which ones I had expanded and which ones I had collapsed. It would be great if the session log remembered which columns I had added and how much space I had given each one. You probably get the idea 🙂 It would be great if Blue Prism, on a per user basis, remembers our user interface settings, so we don't have to spend time constantly adjusting to our preferences.

As a user of ROS I need the ability to see a meaningful name on the word document banner.
Once the document has been saved to chorus and the document is reopened, the word banner shows the content id as the file name. This is not user friendly and does not allow the user to easily identify the document they need to work on – especially if there are multiple open.
We need the ability to configure within ROS the field (LOB or other data field) that should be used in the word banner display.

Hello All, as we might have faced challenges in having 100% availabilities of RPA Support/Controllers on numerous occasions either when we are out of office, after office hours or are on short staffs some days - it would be a nice idea to have an iOS/Android based mobile app for minimal activities such as force retry, restarting a bot, running any particular ad-hoc processes at times, Also to ensure our businesses are supported at their time, when we are working globally on different timezone and are keen on achieving the idea of effective automation and optimised license utilisation.
It should make controllers/Support Team lives easy. Kindly Thumbs up and support the idea If you agree to this Idea of having Mobile based app for control room or you have been in similar situation at your workplace and during BAU at odd hours.

Although the code stage offers great ability to extend Blue Prism, the development experience is not good. It would great to have some level of formal integration with Visual Studio, or other applicable IDEs, for a better development flow. Clicking on the the code tab in BP would launch Visual Studio and saving would bring code and libraries into BP. Ability to fully test code in the IDE, even while debugging a VBO. stepping into a code stage would launch VS into active debug mode and then back out. More transparency and visibility into missing libraries, global code issues, code validation errors would be great.

Secure Message Center is another SS&C product that allows us to send sensitive information to customers either through their account portal access or as a single, secure link. We are building Process workflows in Chorus so associates can send message to customers using a Restful Service API for Secure Message. We would like to use Communications to generate those messages, and send that output message to this restful service API for Secure Message Center to deliver to the customer. Note, this Restful Service API is currently under development. Today, we send secure messages through an email relay server. This email relay solution is being replaced by the Restful Service API. We want the enhancement to Communications to work with the upcoming Restful Service. This will probably require some direct collaboration with the Digital Investor team, that owns SMC to determine what format this message can be in to be passed to their API.
