My client (on 23.x) having the following suggestion to indicate 'the end' on the Search result / worklist. Very often, client search result is a large set of Work objects, user is difficult to tell where it is the end of the search result, or it is still loading. Suggest to add indicator at the end of list, e.g. “—end—”

My client (on 23.x) having the suggestion on the new Process workspace, so that in the Work search results, if user mulitple selected Work objects, can indicate the number. Very often, client need to do searching and then manual assignment for large number of Work objects, it will be good to indicate how many objects are currectly selected.

I recognize that the scheduling of "Login Agent" should be "Task (1): Login → Task (2): Business Process → Task (3) Logout". As a best practice, is it correct to "when the login process moves, if the robot is logged in with the appropriate user, execute the task (2) (Business Process) as it is, and terminate the schedule if the login is by an inappropriate user"? I think, "When the login process moves, if the robot is logged in with the wrong user, it would be nice if I could log out and log back in instead of failing the schedule itself." I would like you to consider using this as a best practice.

Dark mode on a user interfaces (UI) on Process studio and object studio for process flow display light on a dark background. Dark mode will be especially helpful for those who develop process flows and debugging the code on device screens at night. The reduced brightness can reduce eye strain in low light conditions.
Dark mode can also be used as a courtesy in situations when a screen's bright light might annoy others.Interest in dark mode has increased along with public awareness in how ambient light affects circadian rhythm and sleep/wake cycles. Many popular websites and online services currently offer dark mode, including YouTube, Facebook Messenger, Windows 10, Visual Studio and other tools as well.

Presently we are capable of accessing the screen capture related to the latest exception stage via the control room per RPA Bot.
In a practical environment where the Bot's are executing queue based items, the exception stage is handled. Therefore the bot moves on to the next queue item available.
When all the items in the queue completes a report is generated to the admin stating the status of each item. Therefore if more than one queue item raise exception stages, then at the time of inspection by the system admin, only the latest exception stage screen capture per Bot is preserved. The admin will not be able to have a graphical state of the the system or the environment for the exception stages raised by previous queue items executed by the same bot! The snapshot of the environment will definitely lead towards quickly identifying the issue a bot is facing in most occasions. Therefore it will be greatly beneficial to have a way of preserving the exception stage related screen capture per item key (historical screen captures)

When Blue Prism generates a message window (for example an error connecting to the server), the window does not automatically receive focus and sits behind the main BP window. Any attempt to interact with any other Blue Prism window is blocked and a warning sound is played, but the message window is still not brought into focus. The only way to bring it into focus is to minimise all other application windows that are open one by one until the message is displayed, and then close it. No second window is displayed in the Windows taskbar to allow you to go directly to the error message and, even worse, clicking on Blue Prism on the Windows taskbar will take you to the Blue Prism client main window, with the error message hidden behind it, even if you had previously brought that message to the foreground. Playing 'Hunt the Error Message' is infuriating and has come up multiple times with clients during training as an annoyance. I thought I had read that this had been fixed as an issue in a previous update releasenote, but we are on 6.9 and this issue still persists. Please automatically bring the error message into focus when it is generated and then again whenever another BP window is clicked and the 'error' sound is played. Making the error message appear as a separate window that is selectable from the windows taskbar would also really help.

It would be really helpfull to have a filter on the tree parts of the session management, another in the queue management and another in the scheduler reports and Schedules. We got a lot of queues, bots and scheduler and it's really a time consumming task to navigate in the control room. A global filter will also be usefull

The reset FQDN feature currently only affects runtime resources but not workplaces. When resetting FQDN for a specific <host> the value in FQDN column in BPAResource table is deleted but the line for <host>_debug stays untouched, thus preventing any debug sessions on this workplace. Please enhance the Reset FQDN feature to remove FQDN values for both: <host> and <host>_debug records.

Embed within BP functionality for end business users to trigger bots, load queue items, make decisions all during the bot execution. As of now everything is scheduled and has very little human interaction. Ability for end user to trigger bots, send queue items to bot, and review exception items should be embedded in the tool. Many of the other RPA tools are building out or have released this feature. NO automation tool is complete without enabling smooth human to bot interaction.

I just received a mail notifying me of a training that is going to expire soon. Since I am not able to complete or even start the training (I have just added it to my list for later) I wanted to clean my My Transcript of any training that I have added but I am not sure I will start any time soon.
...but I cannot do much to keep the trainings in My Transcript organized.
I have used the 'Mark as outdated' on the training that is going to expire but this feature didn't do anything.
I wanted to remove other trainings not yet started but the only option is to 'hide' them. The meaning of 'hide' is not clear but it seems to remove the course from My Transcript. However I am still enrolled and I still see those courses in the Welcome Page.
In the Welcome page courses related to me are shown in three categories:
enrolled: says I am enrolled in 15 trainings. Although I removed all non-completed trainings from My Transcript and it should actually be 0. Three trainings are shown in the category, two are 'not yet started' and 'archived'
in progress: says there are 10 trainings started. My Transcript shows me three with the status in progress. The Welcome Page shows me three trainings, two of them are archived.
There is a circle showing me the number of enrolled, in progress and completed trainings. Is says 14 not started (vs 15 in the 'enrolled' category) and 8 in progress (vs 10 in 'in progress' category)
When looking at the learning plans I see BP Dev Certificate (EN-2021). When opening this plan it says is it going to be replaced by EN-2023 but EN-2023 is not shown in learning plans (and can only be accessed when opening EN-2021 first).
Please add some feature so I can keep the courses related to me clean and tidy. Or automate some status changes and categorization like
'archived' category... to not mix those with still relevant trainings
close 'archived' courses so they are not 'in progress' for ever
remove 'enrolled' status when not in My Transcript anymore
update & sync numbers in Welcome Page so I don't see 10 courses 'in progress' while only three are valid and summary shows eight
add filter criteria for versions. I just tried to find courses for BP v7.1 I the results contain all courses that have '7' or '1' anywhere in their texts.
add preferred training language as profile preference so I don't have to filter on 'english' every time again
Add tags and descriptions to make clear what course is related to what versions of the products. The EN-2021 learning plans have trainings with similar names to the EN-2023 learning plan. No way to find the right one when trying to search directly for one of those trainings.
Create learning plans for product versions. eg If I am interested to learn all about BP using v7.1 I have no chance to find the right trainings. Would EN-2021 still be valid for 7.1? Is EN-2023 still be valid for 6.10.5?
...
Some of those points can be easily be solved by adding and updating tags like the 'BP Dev Foundation' course staring with tag 'v6.9', later gets 'v7.0' added asf.
additionally:
In My Activities / Courses in Active Enrollments, there are 58 courses (that are 6 pages) shown to me. I am not sure how this adds up with the numbers shown in Welcome Page (~15 enrolled, ~10 active... + 33 other courses?)
... in Archived Enrollments, there are 0 courses?!
and:
I have enrolled for a learning plan but instead of having one entry in My Transcription I have each of the 12 courses separately listed. In order to start them in order I have to search for this learning plan manually... I also received 12 mail notification that I enrolled, not to the learning plan, but to each of the courses.
Having one learning plan would be much better than 12 unordered courses and 12 mails.

Ability to put some icons or colors to the procesess or VBOs. Same could apply to the Groups

I think that "Set next stage" command should get a hotkey, so that a developer could click at an Action and press the hotkey (instead of the right-click menu) to set next stage to it. It is just a tiny 1-2 seconds saving, but given the frequency "Set next stage" is used, the benefit to the users would be huge...

A Quality of Life suggestion. Take, for example, the humble 'Item Data' collection, after getting an item from the queue. There could be any number of fields in this collection that will be referred to constantly throughout the rest of the process. Each time you need to refer to one of them, you have to type [Item Data.Field Name], being very careful with your typing. It would be much simpler to instead co-opt the fields that are returned from the queue and have them going forward as pre-defined fields that you can click on via the expression editor.

When in a process/object and use the 'Find References' to see where the item is used, the results show processes/objects that have been retired, BUT, it doesn't highlight them as being retired. It would be really useful if it did this.

Currently, you can add a decision to deviate the process into different branches. We need a way to reconnect the second branch back to the original branch.
Think about a process what includes validation of OCR. After validation is performed, execution continues to the main flow. I understand that is not currently possible in capture. Please check uploaded screenshot for an example.

Dear Blue Prism team,
I would like to suggest the addition of a feature that allows for manual implementation of the Brazilian National Calendar or an API that can be used by the Schedule to obtain information and create this calendar with both national and local holidays. This would greatly benefit users in Brazil who need to schedule their automations around these holidays.
Thank you for considering my suggestion.

Some objects that are created in or exported from Blue Prism 6.9 cannot be imported into Blue Prism 6.8. Cause/Way to reproduce:
Create a new Web-based object (such as for Chrome).
Drop a Navigate stage onto the action/page.
In the Navigate stage, choose the root node and select the dropdown action 'Terminate'.
Save and export the object.
Before importing into 6.8, rename the file from .bpobject to .xml so that 6.8 can see it.
Attempt to import into 6.8. An import error will occur saying 'AMI did not recognise the action type 'WebCloseApplication'. This occurs at least for Terminate, Hover (which wasn't available in 6.8 so it makes sense), and Get HTML.
Workaround: Delete Navigate stages or change the action inside to something else temporarily. Then once imported into 6.8, choose actions that are equivalent. Suggested fix: I don't know if there's a way to fix this since it's an issue with an older version or versions. So, maybe provide a converter to clean up XML files exported from 6.9 that will change ID names of actions to what 6.8 and earlier would expect.
