Essentially, users should be able to delete any useless and unreferenced data items/collections with a single click. This option can assist decrease the amount of code that is superfluous. In a large automation project, this could be a high-value component.

Currently, when form submissions are raised by a Digital Worker to a human, there is no way to track their status(i.e. is it still in the user's inbox, or was it deleted?), as we don't know the submission ID that was assigned. An easy solution would be to add an output to the 'Raise Submission' API call and return the 'Submission ID' showing in Interact. This would enable the RPA developer to build logic to verify the integrity of the system and raise new submissions to users if they inadvertently delete them.

eMail Capture should support the option of creating an email content source with inline images included in the same source rather than separate sources attached to the same work such that the email body with the inline images will be stored and displayed as a single source in Content Viewer. Inline images are currently created as separate sources attached the same work. It is very hard for users to relate the email content to the inline images when there are multiple images and any incorrect reference may result in errors with financial risks. In the example below, one single source (as shown below) should be created instead of 2 sources (1 email body and 1 attachment source for "ABCCo Funds").

Currently if you send a Composition by email and the address is incorrect, the email will move to Error Status. The client would like the ability to "Cancel" the email (would prefer to change email address and resend, different request) and move it to the Cancel Status so that it is apparent the item was reviewed and error caught.

This is functionality that exists in Legacy Processor workspace and would be very helpful to add to Modern Processor workspace. Currently, all columns in the history have the same width and the width cannot be adjusted. This is a challenge because the Comments column can have lengthy test, which is very hard to read if only a couple words can fit on each line. We should be able to adjust the column width and the system to remember preferred column width. Also, the Comments column should default to being wider than the other columns.

Chorus' holiday table currently doesn't allow for designating holidays for multiple countries. Other areas of Chorus, such as the data language table, contains a country code designation to allow different settings for different countries. Could something like this be added to the holiday table to allow for multiple holidays to be added?

The Inbox allows users to sort / filter on various fields, however, as soon as the user navigates away from the Inbox then any applied filters etc. are reset. It would improve the user's experience if these settings could be saved / stored. For example, a user may change the number of rows displayed from the default 5 to 25, sort by oldest to newest and then filter for a certain form / key value but this is then reset as soon as they open a form.

Usually, there are lots of Sources under the Work object, it is beneficial to the client to indicate if any Source is already opened (by anyone), or the other way round, which Source never being viewed, etc.

Hi Support Team, For Controllers - Who need to handle multiple processes in production environment, and suppose there are around 300 to 400 environment variables and need to update environment variables - It takes more time to find environment variables with dropping down scroll bar. Instead of this, Blue Prism should provide the search or find box, by that way user can find environment variables and change value. It will save time for controllers.

My client (on 23.x) having the following pain-points/suggestion on the new Process workspace. With browser setup 100% zoom on 16-17 inch screen. The UI already takes most of the space and only capable to display very few Work objects: Regarding Create Work card, it is just capable to display 1 object: Search result (not able to see all data for the card): If zoom = 67%, the wordings become very small (in particular the tagline is hard to read since the size is small and the color is grey): Overall feedback: UI design to accomodate more Work objects. My client (on 23.x) comment on the tagline (via Worklist or Search result), do not have sufficient space to display all datavalue. Currently, they are allowed to displayed up to 20 fields onto the tagline, but the tagline is just limited to two lines, quite often cannot show all of the data. Since client use our Legacy Processor before, they ask is it possible to give them back the table view (as in the Legacy):

The ability to see the dependency relationships for nested references in the Advanced Find search window. This search feature was available in earlier versions of Blue Prism, but has been removed in recent versions. The ability to search by nested references greatly decreases time spent trouble shooting for a Blue Prism Developer to find the actions that relate to a specific data item. The removal of this search feature means the developer is opening each action one by one to confirm what the input and output data items. The ability to search by explicit reference and nested reference provides more transparency to the developer. Examples are attached.

I would like to see an in-build feature in blueprism which will allow me to select 2 things while scheduling or triggering a process: Retry limit Defer time Basically when I run a process on a particular resource or resource pool and none of the resources are available then the process fails. Instead of failing it should consider the retry limit and try to run the process again on the same resource or resource pool after the defer time limit. It will allow the process to wait for some time and let the resource be free.

When creating a new process or object, make the default behaviour be that the user selects a template. This will promote Best Practice, a 'house' style and discourage 'one of a kind' developments. Granted this is already possible via Save As but encouraging the use of templates will bring many benefits to the delivery sequence. (Thanks to DD for the idea)

The ability to add and view a lengthy set of comments increases the time spent by having to scroll up and down due to the size of the comments box. Enlarging the box and scroll bar on the right side of the window will help reduce time spent on reviewing comments being added.
