Please add enterprise grade Active Directory integration to Blue Prism Interact. You can follow the current implementation of Blue Prism Automate as an example on how it should work. Currently in BPIv4.3 we are not able to even import any user from the Active Directory, and we are trying since BPIv4.1. Here is a short overview of standard features currently missing.
Assigning AD-Groups to Interact-Roles
Manual import of users/groups (currently not working in our environment)
Automatic import/synchronization of users/groups
Windows/AD authentication (could not be tested yet due to broken user import)
Due to security policy we will not be able to bring Blue Prism Interact to production until we get a decent Active Directory Integration.

In the current Blue Prism architecture, each resource PC will try to establish a connection to every other resource PC. This communication is not needed for standard Blue Prism functionality (scheduling, ad-hoc process runs) and is used only for some feature (eg. resource pools). However, this communication creates spurious network traffic and most importantly raises flags with security teams monitoring network chatter. As the communication is not strictly necessary, it would be useful to be able to disable it completely. I assume there would also be a small, but measurable performance increase across the platform. Note: I do not wish to disable interactive client -> resource PC connections, as these are useful in case the RPA controller needs to "drag 'n' drop" processess.

In our company we have many developers who are dealing with some problems with understanding parts during Advanced Consolidation Exercise (ACE) First of all we would like to ask you to describe in more details how to use global send keys. From our perspective information for example to change spying mode is missing (like to activate application win32 and for sending them we need to use different one) and more general information with some examples. Even if we direct newcomers to separate send keys and send keys events guide information included there are not sufficient.

What I have in mind is to add a function to include all the dependencies that a process has (objects, credentials, env. variables, etc...) without having to drag every single one to the release window manually.

Single Sign On is a simple but efficient user acceptance criteria for production environment.
It adds more security.
It eases the usability and results in a better user experience.
It will make it much easier to accept to those who don't like changes. (And I'm sure there are many affected humans out there.)
Please consider to add Single Sign On as soon as possible.

Currently when opening Help it is not possible to use the Interactive Client at the same time. Please modify the Help window so that it is not an overlay. This would allow a user to work in Blue Prism's Interactive Client while referencing the Help document.

Currently, User Comments show by default in Processor Workspace. We would like the ability for our users to be able to pick a different default in Preferences. Furthermore, we would like the ability to define a different global default in Chorus Administration.

It would be great if we have an alert mechanism, where bot couldn't start the process due to some bot connection issue/bot lost/other issues. In such scenarios, we don't have any alert mechanism now, which informs about it.

It would be helpful if we can have a dedicated page where we get all the exam-specific study material because as of now we are not able to directly get the required doc/study materials in the documents section. Even if we search the results are empty. Most of our fellow developers/junior peers who are planning to take an exam and reach out to us for the exam preparation and docs but we are unable to share the required stuff/info at least where to find those.

While you may be able to simulate this via Custom Data options, it would be useful to have a simple, out-of-box option to send data such as work queue items processed, status, exception reason, etc. through Data Gateways for analytics.

Hi Team, Currently, the Outlook VBO on Digital Exchange only seems to support individual user account mail boxes but does not seem to work on shared mailboxes. Can this feature be added as an enhancement since in past also this issue seems to have been raised multiple times on Community by other users

In Legacy Processor when performing a search if the LOB "Assigned To" is present the Name of the User and the ID used to display. With the New Processor just the User ID displays and it is hard to know based off the ID who the user is. Requesting an enhancement to add back the feature to present the name and ID. Example below:

The cards in Processor WS must be expanded each time you open a work item. As most work forms are longer than the current default card size, users must resize every single work item they open. Cards should open based upon the size of the form associated with the work so users don't have to manually expand them

Blue Prism tool does not have the capability to provide information on the list of RunTime Resources connected to APP Servers. This feature provides capability if the Load Balancer is running correctly. Blue Prism should Add Feature to lookup in the Blue Prism GUI and see which appserver is currently connected to which runtime resources. On a long run this feature will help the ROM architects.

When Blue Prism generates a message window (for example an error connecting to the server), the window does not automatically receive focus and sits behind the main BP window. Any attempt to interact with any other Blue Prism window is blocked and a warning sound is played, but the message window is still not brought into focus. The only way to bring it into focus is to minimise all other application windows that are open one by one until the message is displayed, and then close it. No second window is displayed in the Windows taskbar to allow you to go directly to the error message and, even worse, clicking on Blue Prism on the Windows taskbar will take you to the Blue Prism client main window, with the error message hidden behind it, even if you had previously brought that message to the foreground. Playing 'Hunt the Error Message' is infuriating and has come up multiple times with clients during training as an annoyance. I thought I had read that this had been fixed as an issue in a previous update releasenote, but we are on 6.9 and this issue still persists. Please automatically bring the error message into focus when it is generated and then again whenever another BP window is clicked and the 'error' sound is played. Making the error message appear as a separate window that is selectable from the windows taskbar would also really help.

Some of our clients request that their scheduled jobs respect daylight savings time changes. At the moment, we have to shift them manually, but if Blue Prism could make that easier - for example, with a field in the schedule where we can input daylight savings dates for a year+ and have schedules automatically shift accordingly, that would be nice. I realise you can achieve this with multiple schedules, but with many jobs, less schedules is cleaner. Thanks.

Within the Design Form feature provide the ability to see what processes the particular form is used in. This will allow the user to know what processes they are changing when they are updating the form or if the form is used in a retired process that can be deleted as it is no longer a needed form.

I would like to see the following piece of functionality added to the process/object studio. Holding {CTRL} + {+}/{CTRL}+{-} or {CTRL} + {UpScrollWheel}/{CTRL}+{DownScrollWheel} should Zoom In and Out of the page. Similar functionality exists in applications such as Excel/Visual Studio/SSMS.

When zooming in Process/Object Studio, the font always stays the same size. This decreases usability as many times users change the zoom level, it is because stage names cannot be read. Zooming doesn't help here as it only changes the size non-textual elements are rendered in but the font stays at the previous level.

When spying things in loaded web applications, checking or not for one criteria in the application modeler can have HUGE impact on the spying speed and process execution.
When using the Highlight feature, I would like to have a printout saying how much time it took to find the feature, this way I can try to optimize the criteria selection more efficiently than by counting time in my head.
An optimizer could do the job more efficiently by toggling systematically some selected criteria, then logging the time it took and the number of matches. The user would then select the options he/she prefers (sorted by spying duration) and check if the right thing was spied.
