Hi, I would like to fill in dropbox values in Interact Form dynamically so that I have better control over it. At this moment I have to fill the values at the design time and then I have no option to add or delete.

Mark Processes or Objects as Favorites so this will be visible in a Favorites folder on top of the list. User/developer dont need expand the tree, sometimes the tree has hell lot of levels. To keep the BluePrism nice and tidy, this will be helpfull.

Currently in the new processor if a comment box is popped out to another window and the work item is closed those comments stay open. There is a fear that the processor will open another item and think those comments from the previous item are the item they are working on currently. So the ask is that when comments are popped out for a Work item when that work item is closed out that the comment pop out window also be closed for that item.

When cloning an item from a transaction, we currently have the option to link the newly cloned transaction to the case and bring over LOB’s but there is no option to also bring over the sources from that transaction.
You may argue that the source is already in the case however we may not be linking this item to the case. It may go to a different department or business unit for further processing, sending out correspondence, etc. and we don’t want to confuse the processor or spend time having to figure out what needs to be looked at. We often link the sources directly to the transaction in this case even if it’s already link to other transactions.
Furthermore, we have instances where many sources need to be attached which is time consuming. The case that prompted this enhancement was that 22 statements needed to be sent to a client and the processor needed to find and link all 22 manually. I will admit that the processor didn’t know they could drag and drop the sources which is less time consuming than manually linking them so they did learn something new in the process. In either case, it’s still time spent doing something that could be automated and more streamlined. It’s not going to a huge time saving or money saving enhancement, but it is a nice to have from an associate standpoint.
Therefore, it would be nice to have a checkbox in that same area on the cloning screen to be able to include the attached sources of the transaction you are cloning to the new transaction you are creating.

As we take up a new course and start learning it from LMS, most of the courses have theory/document to read on the same page itself which has too many pages. On every page we have to scroll up/down to completely read the data and then click on the next page, we have to repeat for all the pages for all the topics on that course, even after making it fullscreen mode. This makes the learning experience a bit awkward and irritating, This can be resolved if the course content layout made visible on a single page where we just scroll down smoothly all the pages till the end of that topic. instead of clicking next (>) for every page.

Need to enable a option to merge the process code. Problem Statement: Multiple resource working on different module of same process. At end of the day need to merge the all code into core version. Currently, there is no option to merge code created by resources. Solution : Merge the process code and identify the difference between version and show if it is any conflict between the same module. Then developer has to sit and resolve the conflict the merge the code as single process

At this moment there is no possibility to segregate users in Decipher based on some restrictions. Therefore all business users created in Decipher can see all documents. This is not sufficient for certain confidential documents. The requirement would be - more granular user permissions based around Document Types.

Enhancement request to have the ability for the system to tell you if the user being disabled is an owner of a case like it does with work in the worklist. Product Management provided the following feedback as to enhancements in the works:
We have User Admin requirements in play right now and this use case has not been addressed yet.
User Admin is undergoing enhancements to support the ability to DEACTIVATE a user ... which is different than just disabling their status.
Today, disabled is both a temporary and a permanent availability status.
When you intentionally disable somebody ... it is because you want to take away permissions (security, privileges, configurations for various teams - like a case team). We check today to handle assigned work. We don't check on any memberships anywhere else. This is a good use case.

As a Third-Party Administration (TPA) business I can receive instructions in various formats, mainly PDF, that contain multiple client instructions and I use the document splitter functionality to create multiple subdocuments and transactions for processing.
As a key control to ensure every page from the original document is included with a sub-document I require the annotations to be shared with the original document as per the functionality available with the desktop and applet versions of the content viewer.

Make “Update User Status” accessible from Processor Workspace – This function is the only reason we need to train the vast majority of our reps on AWD Portal Classic / AWD Administration. If it was accessible from Processor Workspace, we could eliminate that portion of training altogether.

As a GDPR regulated business with continual need for BAU deletions of data to comply with regulation, I need the ability to schedule configurable times and frequency for the automated executions of data deletions.
As a GDPR regulated business I need the access and control of data deletion activities to be business configurable, and executable with access to deletion administration and execution managed using Role Based Access Control.
As a managed service customer, in need the ability for audit of data deletion executions to be available to the business on a self-service basis, i.e. without a dependency on IT, professional services or the managed service provider to access machine logs or database etc.
As a GDPR regulated business I need the ability to delete all data for identified customers to comply with GDPR, i.e. needs to additionally include Communications, Capture and Analytics data and any other customer data tables not yet covered by DID deletion.

We have a client that uses ePriority for outbound email within the SS&C complex and wanted to continue to use ePriority for Communications emails. Unfortunately ePriority is not designed to integrate with Chorus Communications. They would like to see this functionality added.
