My "idea" or actually my request to you at Blue Prism is to please get back the possibility from earlier version to let us customize the Interact 4.3 landing page. The current one has nice colors since I am from Sweden and also seems like a theme IKEA could use. But we would like the possibility to as we did in earlier version put our Branding-style on it.

While a Run time Resource is busy running a process it own't take another one. It will be a nice functionality if Que concept is introduced in Product. That way it will execute on First in First Out basis.

Hi Team,
I have a suggestion for Blue Prism tool. Currently when BOT is running on a machine, we can't access the machine (If we access then BOT's process fails). It is not beneficial for an organization to procure high number of machines to run BOT specifically for 24/7 which will increase the cost to the organization and also requires maintenance of the machines. Microsoft has launched a nice feature in Windows 10 i.e. "Multiple Desktops". With that a Windows 10 machine can have multiple desktops. Can we do some enhancement in Blue Prism to access this feature? I mean to say that if I have created 2 desktops then 1 Desktop will be used by BOT and second one by me to perform my tasks. This way it is very beneficial to organization and to individual to reduce procurement of machines.
Thank you, Sharmil

The Process Assessment Tool can be further improved by adding ROI KPI. Currently, the process shows Potential hours and capital savings. However, there should be provision to calculate the total cost involved as part of License cost+Development cost+ Infra support & Maintainance cost+ other licensing costs (if any)+ support model cost to show how many years would it take to reap benefits. Sometimes the process gets rejected considering the ROI on first-year implementation cost vs over the year the ROI turns out to be positive considering no build cost would be involved.

As we find it in the studio, a filter in the control room is very important and urgent to be implemented. We lost a lot of time for any intervention in the control room il there is a lot of bots implemented. It's very surprising that such functionality isn't present yet

I think it will be very useful for Business perspective if there is a feature which shows the number of downloads of an Asset that is published on DX.

Our users like the calendar view of the Scheduler\Timetables window but it shows all schedules for all resources making it impossible to actually see what is relevant for users who are interested on their own processes. I would expect the possibility to set custom filters (on resource, schedule / process, ...). Further, future enhancements would be to automatically filter the information based on the rights of the user.

When dealing with complex and dynamic HTML pages, it's not always possible to use the Path attribute to identify elements on the page because the path structure can change based on other elements displayed before the field we want to use. Often those HTML elements don't have an ID property (which would allow to spy them quickly) and the use of other attributes combination doesn't always perform well. This could be solved (not always but in many cases) if we could modify the HTML source adding an ID property to that specific element. My suggestion is to provide an action that executes a search&replace on the HTML source in order to give the developer a way to add an ID property to an element and then retrieves the PATH of that element (i.e. “/HTML/BODY(1)/DIV(4)/DIV(2)/DIV(6)/DIV(3)/DIV(1)/DIV(1)/H2(1) ) that can be used afterward with Read and Write stages. I uploaded a screenshot with a possible example of the action parameters. In that example the action would retrieve the PATH string of the element before the label "Popular Broadway Shows".

When raising a ticket abut blueprism slowness on one of our machines they said it was slow because the connection between the client and the app server and database was poor. For most things (e.g. opening menus or some tabs) a connection to the app server/database should not make the app perform dreadfully slow as it either doesnt need the connection or if it does, the page should load most things and the data from the app server/database should load afterwards.

Currently if the license is unavailable , Bot will throw errors in Run time Resource. What if Blue prism add a feature to select the user based on Run time resource. if the license are not available the scheduled Process will be added in to Queue for the next license availability. 1.)For Unattended Automation or atleast triggering the digital worker using WEB API 2. ) Unattended Automation it is optional

Having an Inbox for each of the Forms that a user has access to. Right now it's all piled into one Inbox requiring a filter for the Form Name. For each Inbox by Form, have the ability to add filters based on the fields available in the form. e.g. if a form has a Date Field, I should be able to add the Date Field as a filter and sort.

The utility task in the Chorus BPM design studio currently only has operations for work/source/folder creation. It is a regular design pattern in Chorus process design to want to update another work item (or less commonly, source or folder) within the same Chorus instance, given its object key. To do this currently requires use of the "updateObjects" operation on the AWD Processing Service SOAP web service, so:
The call goes out of the container and back in through the web server, creating a new execution thread in the process, rather than being a simple inline call from the Service Engine
As a separate execution thread, that update is in a separate database transaction, so won't roll back if an error down the line in the current process triggers a transaction rollback

When expanding various windows in the product there are many windows which don't auto fit to occupy the space they have available. A small menu update would make some of the tooling a lot more friendly to use. For example read/write/navigate stages with multiple stages and panels, when navigating long named variables or long/wide application modellor trees makes the clumped menus very awkward and you need to expand them. Having to do this window operation so frequently though is a killer and makes using these menus a total pain when you have to adjust screen menu sizes so frequently, almost as standard when doing build work

We should consider raising this display/resolution issue with the development team, as it has been observed by numerous users. Ideally, software should be capable of adjusting to users' display settings without requiring them to change display settings on their machine.

I would like to have the ability to have Decipher consider the option that a document may not match any document types associated with its batch, and to classify it as 'out of scope' or 'other'.
Currently if a batch type has two document types assigned to it (for example), then when it classifies a document, it splits its 100% confidence between those two types. So, if it is only 5% sure that the document matches type 1, then it is 95% sure that it matches type two by default.
If your document stream contains files that are out of scope (other forms, or photos or email attachments) and don't match any document types associated with the batch type, this can lead to false positives. It also doesn't give you anywhere to 'put' these out of scope documents other than raising them for verification.
I would like a way to indicate that a batch type contains out of scope documents and for decipher to consider matches to all known document types and if the independent confidence level for each match is below a certain threshold, the document can be classified as 'out of scope'.

Since the core utilities and objects no longer included when you install Blue Prism (BP), I think it would be very helpful if the DX tab in BP could display the core utilities for download and provide an option to import them directly, rather than redirecting you to the Dx platform. I'm aware that the Blue Prism team is constantly adding features and fixing bugs in the core objects. Therefore, showing the last update of the core object that the client has and providing the option to update to the latest version would be a significant improvement. I work in different environments using BP 7.1, but some core objects are from previous versions (e.g., 6.2) and have not been updated. When I requested the installation of a new Core object (such as the MS Word VBO), they complied. However, I then noticed there were approximately five different core objects with the same name. Which one was the latest? It's unclear until you examine each object individually, searching for the required action.
