HTML Content Viewer – Provide an option to enable links within the html email body source.  Currently these links are suppressed for security reasons.   Clients are receiving high volumes on emails ingested into Chorus providing links to additional information instead of including attachments. We have tried these work-arounds and none of them provide a good user experience Open in the default HTML CV, then select the option to open in native – which downloads it, requires a double click to open it, then launches a new tab where we have to manually close it later. Create a resource to open in the native HTML application – which automatically downloads it and opens it in a new tab, where we still have to manually close it later.  But this is an all or nothing option.  Even for sources that don’t have links.  Use an “EQM flow” where a service operation can retrieve the html source and load it into an “external” form so that the user can reply to or forward that original email as part of the workstep.  Although we don’t have a requirement to reply to our forward the email as part of this step, we determined that it doesn’t enable the link either. ... Hi, just seen on BPW21 a demo from ABBYY where Timeline PI can integrate with Capture to populate the process flow from Timeline on to Capture. I understand this is limited to ABBYY and no plans to add other process mining platforms, but this looked really great and Blue Prism will be missing a trick to limit this to only customers with Timeline. The submission history (German "Verlauf") is the first place an Interact user can get information on the status of their submissions, while they are either waiting to be worked or after they are worked. At the moment, it does not provide an sufficient amount of information. Please consider the following improvements: - The status column seems to be tailored at a review usecase, but is not usable to provide information about the end status of the submission. Please provide more alternatives (e.g. Completed, Completed with Errors, Failed etc.) or make it freely editable after all. - The key field column can only contain the content of a single field at the moment. Please allow to combine multiple fields into it by the creation of a formatting rule. - Not all fields are helpful in all cases and certain fields are displayed way too small, please make the table more customizable, so this can be adjusted. ... We are forced to use the migration strategy when upgrading Blue Prism because we need the following features. The original environment can remain operational during the upgrade (Fallback!) Advantage of a clean start (Performance!) NO Downtime is required to perform the upgrade (Stability!) Please add a feature to Blue Prism Automate for exporting and importing credentials. The passwords should be encrypted for security reason. There need to be the same encryption key in the target environment. After the import another encryption key can be generated to re-encrypt all credentials and the old credential key could be deleted. Please add a feature to Blue Prism Automate for exporting and importing work queue items. When encryption is used the transport of affected information should be encrypted at export. The encryption key for the work queue need to be transferrable / reusable in the target system. After the transfer of the data the old encryption scheme should be replaceable by a new one. The main benefits of these features are... Safe and secure transfer of credentials and work queue items on migration. More flexibility for switching between environments outside of migrations.
