​Our schedulers are starting at 05:30 AM every day. We come in the office at 08:30 AM. Sometimes a resource was not available at 05:30 for several reasons and the scheduler has not started. Becasuse we are living in the time of knowing everything at the time of when it happens via push messages on our phone, we would like to have this option also for the control room and the resources.   If there can be an app via your smartphone (or another solution) that sends you a push messages when a resource is down for longer than an amount of time or for no reason, that would be helpful. We would like to have the 'Retired' functionality extended to Work Queues and/or Queue Management. When processes are retired, work queues associated to them still appear in Queue Management and the Control Room.  This provides a less than ideal user experience as users now have to manage queues that are no longer in use as well as active queues.  This also poses an additional problem as RPA scales - the Queue Management and/or Control Room will continue to look busier without the ability to retire queues. ...  After a user clicks Req-Done or Processed in the Processor Hub the Relationship window automatically goes behind the Worklist. If the user is not finished with my Relationship window the user has to click it again to bring the Relationship window to the forefront. I suggest the windows orientation remain static after clicking Req-Done or Processed on the Processor Hub so users don't have to move things around. After cloning a work type, users have to click refresh at the top of the window to get the new work type to show up in the window. Can this be fixed to automatically refresh saving a click? ... We have a process that uses the AWD REST API to index a large amount of data that is scraped from a PDF by a bot. We have found that this large post of Indexing often results in data not being successfully mapped to BI. After speaking with Customer Care, there is no obvious reason why the Mapper doesn't capture all indexing. This missing data causes confusion with downstream reporting as the CSD has the data but the report does not. The only way to correct the mapping is to delete the indexed value and index it with the same data moments later which can result in the in reps spending a significant amount of time manually correcting the data so the reporting is correct.  It would be nice if there was a nightly batch cycle that could reconcile the BI LOB tables against the AWD Indexing to ensure the BI tables contain the correct most recent indexing, as clients do not have access to the Live LOB Data and not all fields that are configured for BI are mapped to the AWDBE table for clients to build a custom solution.  ... One must create a code stage to be able to send such a request which is then a bit complicated in the overall architecture. ​It would be beneficial to set a Lock release time on environment locks. As an example, you set 5 minutes, if after that time the lock hasn't been released the system will unlock it. This would help in instances where the process may freeze while performing actions and the lock then never gets released unless you manually do it in the system settings or the running resource is rebooted. ... When we run the Process 24/7. We often see exceptions. Some of which are in-frequent in nature but can't be ignored. We know any bad data, dynamic screen elements, pop-ups or slowness etc. can trigger the exception. But the root cause analysis require logs to be enabled and/or WebEx monitoring when logs are not enough.   Enabling stage Logging or WebEx are not an easy option for monitoring in-frequent issues as they demand more storage space and other approval/justifications depending on organization protocols.   However, having some sort of listener that can monitor the exception and provide series of screenshots for work flow 'Just Before' exception to occur can really speed up the root cause analysis process and make it simpler. We could achieve this by creating external listener that keep an eye on blue prism running session and exception flow. It would be great to have something similar in Blue prism itself. ... View more

It should be possible to apply restrictions not only on folder but on their parents / root of the folder hierarchy. Currently it is possible to create folder and apply restriction but user are able to create their own folders. Those folders can lead to quite uncontrolled environment (who can read/modify for which team). At least it can keep some people busy to remind users and clean-up the structures. ... View more
