Currently any changes to the Application modeler are not an audited event, and any modifications to elements (adding, deleting, modifying, etc.) need to be recorded manually as a separate action on the developer. This can prove very troublesome when trying to debug an error with an Object, as well as a high risk from a Disaster Recovery perspective (unable to see which version had which changes done in order to roll back to the correct version). Additionally, enforcing recording these changes manually adds a lot of extra work on the developers, skewing any development timeline significantly. As the Application model is clearly recorded within the Object XMl (AppDef node), this information could be used to add to the audit log automatically, showing: - Element name - Element Id - Attributes And what were the changes done.

We need the ability to add the communication user's email address to an outgoing email. It would be useful to add email address to the user set up, similar to phone number. The address would then be available in Data Sources under User Properties in design services.

Hi Team, I would like to suggest an Idea to add a feature Export Data (button/link) on top of Control room to extract data such as Process Name, Resource, User, Status, Start Time, End Time into an CSV or Excel based on available filters (All, Last 31 days or Last 7 days) or add new filter to select date range From Date and To Date. It is very useful to see the daily report based on runs / status and it would be very helpful for teams to prepare a customized dashboard or to understand the trends as per their requirement. (Please see attached representation on how it should look, designed for better understanding), It would like to hear from you and it will be very helpful if implemented asap, thanks in advance. Dears,
Currently Blue Prism does not have the option to schedule a process on Nth working day in a month/Week. As a result, one has to look for work arounds to schedule in that way. It will be great to have that option by default under the schedules. Thanks.

Provide the capability to turn on debugging when building process models so that the values being created in non AWD LOB fields can be shown. It is incredible difficult to track the fields that are being created/used in complex presentation and automation services. This should be a process level option that can be turned on and off as models are built.

Active Directory Organizational Unit Limit - Currently only enabling one User OU to be ingested into the BP list of users removes the ability for large organizations with more than one OU to use the solution (My organization has 20-30 User OUs).

A way to disable scheduler without killing all current sessions. E.g. Sending a command to BP server: "Finish all running executions and do NOT fire new schedules in next 6 hours" It would allow to perform server maintenance, without breaking Blue Prism platform (given company has 2+ application servers running).

I think it would be useful to have a listener service for the runtime resources as it uses the login agent to avoid that a task, a policy, or a batch file must be executed , so that the listener of each runtime starts from a services instead of diferents ways as menction before , this would also give more speed in the publication and would require less tasks for an administrator

I would like to know what's in release file. E.g. when importing release, offer a (non mandatory) button "what's in release". Clicking it should display release file content - list of objects, processes, variables, etc., with option to un-tick what's not needed. Current way release import works is literally "black box" - it just imports everything. It's too basic for multi-teams use.

We have an enterprise setup with more than 400+ run time resources and as many Digital Workers. Adding a column to the Control Room session view that captures the ID of the DW logged in to a specific run time resource will be of immense help for our production support and operations teams. Attached is a sample view with Digital Worker ID in Red.

Add a new function that provides a date difference option You should be able to choose whether to do a minute/hour/day/month/year function. This is such a common requirement when building processes and the current approaches being taken by consultants require a ridiculous number of workarounds.

Currently when viewing object and/or process version history the table only allows viewing the selected item or comparing two selected items: This is useful, however one function missing here is exporting the view as a report - very much in the same way as can be done with work queue items: It would be very helpful if the same function would be available for both Object and Process history. This would help reduce the time spent on documenting changes done, as well as improve the quality of comments provided when changes are saved (as then it would actually have a meaning for people).

Currently, during designing Interact forms we could choose one field as Key Value, which is displayed in general Submissions tables (as Submission History), without viewing submission details. But we couldn't modify Key Value during BP process. It would be very helpful, if we could assign some field (or fields) during form designing to be displayed in general Submissions tables (as Key value) and could be modify during BP process from BP action "Edit Form Field". It could be use e.g. for updating current status of BP process, easily visible, without going into sumbmission's detail.

Hello, if a Case terminated you can right mouse click and you have just two options. Show logs and Show process. An additonal Option like ReRun would be nice. At the moment you have to drag and drop on the specific client or you click on the schedule and press Run now but if you using startparameters you have to enter all parameters again. A ReRun with same StartParameters would be great and save time.

Clients looking to retire KE/ST need the ability to change the queue without making a status change. It’s very common to have an intake step start in a process to classify the work, resulting in a work type change that is in an existing workflow.
